Don’t forget your name, school & phone # on the form. If funds are missing, your order will not be placed. Make sure the money matches what is on your order form!
HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS: Turn forms and money into the BBOP lockbox next to Ms. Jones’ door.
HESKETT STUDENTS: Turn forms & money into Ms. Jones.
PICK-UP: Wed. 12/11/24, 6pm to 7pm in the BHS teacher lounge. Enter the door to the right of the loading dock behind the high school.

2024 Marching Band Uniform Fittings

Returning Band Members – Monday, June 10th from 5:45P – 8P (BHS Band Room)
New Band Members – Tuesday, June 11th from 5:45P – 8P (BHS Cafeteria)
Please sign-up for a time under the Volunteer tab. Please sign-up on the spreadsheet as either a RETURNING (Upper Classman) or NEW STUDENT (Freshman) for students. Parent volunteers are also need and signups are encouraged for either group. Simply click on the VOLUNTEER tab and the spreadsheets will load.
As a reminder, 2024 Band Camp payments can be made now through the first day of camp on Monday, July 16, 2024. Payments can be made via several formats. If there are any questions, please reach out to Treasurer Traci Rosario at treasurer@bbopbearcats.org.
During the Freshman/New Band Member Uniform Fitting, we will be having a welcome cookout with beef hotdogs, chips, sweets, and drinks.
This is also a chance for new families to ask questions about marching band and to sign-up for the numerous volunteer opportunities available.
