Our Spring Fundraiser this year is Malley’s Chocolates!
For the safety of our children, we strongly discourage door-to-door sales. However, we hope you will take this opportunity to sell Malley’s Chocolates to your family, friends, and co-workers. They will feel good knowing that their purchase is helping support your child and our organization and their holiday gifts will be a cinch!
- Go to: https://malleys.com/fundraising/campaign/bedford-band-and-2/ and register to set up your online account.
- Friends and family can place their order online and you will get the credit.
- Free ground shipping on internet orders totaling $75.00 or more to 1 address in the continental U.S.
- Internet orders will be accepted until 11:59pm on Monday, April 6th
- Parents: advertise this option on your social media pages!
- In the fundraising packet, there are 2 forms. A color order form to take orders and a carbon Master Sheet.
- Use your color order form to take orders.
- When the sale is over, transfer the totals for each item from the color order form to the Master Sheet.
- DO NOT TURN IN THE COLOR ORDER FORM! Keep this form so you can deliver your orders.
- TURN IN BOTH COPIES OF THE *MASTER SHEET ONLY* WITH YOUR PAYMENT!!
- Make sure you fill out the top portion of the order form with your name and phone #.
Also, next to your name, put if you are BHS or Heskett and band or orchestra.

- Payment should be collected when orders are placed.
- Orders with any missing payment(s) will not be placed. Make sure your form & money match!
- Make checks payable to BBOP (Bedford Band and Orchestra Parents)
- Return both copies of the Master Form, with payment, by Monday March 9th.
High School: place form and payment in the BBOP box next to Mr. Nichols office
Heskett: give your form and payment to Ms. Jones or Ms. Shauf
No late orders will be accepted! If your form is incomplete, the order will not be placed.
Make sure your phone #, child’s name, and group are on the Order Form!
All orders must be picked up on:
