Fall Fundraising

Dear Parents and/or Guardians,

Our fall fundraisers this year are a combination of SaveAround coupon books and Peterson Nuts.

The SaveAround sale starts Friday, August 23rd and runs through Monday, September 16th. Orders can be turned in during the BBOP meeting.

The Peterson Nuts sale starts Friday, November 1st now and runs through Monday, November 18th. Orders can be turned in during the BBOP meeting.

SaveAround coupon books can be ordered online at  www.supportourgroups.com/GN/21979 or through paper orders.

Please turn in your orders on time!

For the safety of our children, we strongly discourage door-to-door sales. However, we hope you will take this opportunity to your family, friends, and co-workers. They will feel good knowing that their purchase is helping support your child and our organization & their holiday gifts will be a cinch!


  • In the fundraising packet, there is one order envelope to take orders.
  • The kids did not receive the SaveAround books to use as a selling aid. If you would like a book to show, please contact me or your child’s teacher for a book.
  • Use your order envelope to take orders.
  • Make sure you fill out the top portion of the order envelope with your name and phone #.
    Also, next to your name, put if you are BHS or Heskett and band or orchestra.

Payment Information:

  • Payment should be collected when orders are placed.
  • Orders with any missing payment(s) will not be placed. Make sure your form & money match!
  • Make checks payable to BBOP (Bedford Band and Orchestra Parents)
  • Return the order envelope and order form, with payment, by Monday, September 16th.

High School: place form and payment in the BBOP box next to Mr. Nichols office
Heskett: give your form and payment to Ms. Pratt

No late orders will be accepted!  If your form is incomplete, the order will not be placed.
Make sure your phone #, child’s name, and group are on the Order Envelope! 

All orders must be picked up on:
